Who is responsible
Precision Janitorial Services Canada LTD is responsible for personal information under its control. Questions, access requests, correction requests, or privacy concerns can be sent to our privacy contact at service@precisionjanitorials.com or by calling (368) 997-6969.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect information you choose to provide, including:
- your name, company, work email, and telephone number;
- the service city or region, facility type, approximate size, desired frequency, and requested add-ons;
- details about access, priorities, timing, or other facility requirements; and
- messages and contact details submitted through live chat.
- a short-lived, one-way hashed network identifier used to limit automated or abusive quote submissions.
Why we use it
We use this information to evaluate and respond to inquiries, prepare or discuss cleaning scopes and proposals, schedule walkthroughs, communicate about requested services, maintain business records, prevent misuse of the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. The abuse-prevention identifier is not used to identify customers or for marketing. We do not use quote-form information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis or further consent.
Live chat and device storage
The website offers Tawk.to live chat. The chat service may use cookies or local device storage and may process information you enter into the chat. The website asks whether you want to enable live chat before loading it. If you decline, you can still use the quote form, call, or email us. Tawk.to's own handling practices are described in its privacy policy.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, form storage, communications, security, or live chat. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or with your consent. We do not sell personal information submitted through the website.
Security and retention
